IMPORTANT: Please read this Software License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the software ("Software") provided by the publisher of Antilisp ("Licensor"). By installing, copying, distributing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and bundle the Software for any lawful purpose, including personal, educational, and commercial use. This includes: Distributing the Software as-is, either standalone or bundled with other products. Including the Software in installers, app stores, development tools, or commercial offerings.

You may not: Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software. Alter or remove any copyright notices, trademarks, or branding associated with the Software. Represent the Software as your own creation, or imply affiliation with the Licensor without permission. Distribute modified or tampered versions of the Software without explicit authorization.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor.

The Licensor may offer optional paid upgrades, add-ons, or modules under separate terms. This Agreement does not grant access or rights to those paid components.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Licensor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove all distributed copies under your control.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Agreement constitutes the full and complete agreement between you and the Licensor concerning the Software.
