The Antilisp DevOps Extension (“Software”) is provided by the publisher of Antilisp (“Licensor”) and is licensed, not sold, to the purchaser (“Licensee”) for personal or internal commercial use, subject to the following terms:

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in source or compiled form for development and production purposes.

Redistribution, sublicensing, sharing, or resale of the Software, in any form (modified or unmodified), is strictly prohibited without written permission from the Licensor.

The Software is provided with viewable source code for reference and integration. This does not grant any right to publish or make the source code publicly available.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain the property of the Licensor. This license does not grant ownership.

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of France.
